Source and scope

I identified the complete supplied teaching set, amendments and cut-off.
Every entry cites the exact clause, instruction and event evidence it relies on.
Contractual performer and internal follow-up owner are separate.
Obligations, options and internal planning targets are labelled separately.

C02’s seventh-day rule replaces C01’s fifth-day report rule in the baseline.
Each stated or calculated date preserves its source, time and offset.
I used elapsed hours for O03 and the expressly supplied calendar-day convention for O04/O05.
Unresolved and unobserved triggers have blank dates with explanatory states.
A proposed reminder has its own basis; no invoice lead time was invented.
The missing security/access owner remains visible and escalated.
Completion evidence is appropriate to the actual duty, not merely a receipt acknowledgement.

Any amended date and its proposed reminder were checked together.
I retained the baseline, earlier documents and a field-level change history.
New obligations or recurring instances have stable, separate IDs.
Whole-table sorting and export/reopening preserve IDs, dates, offsets and references.
I recorded outstanding counsel/owner decisions and did not deploy reminders, send notices or authorise payment.
