Primary reader: junior disputes paralegal. Intended recipient: supervising lawyer, not a court or counterparty. Prerequisites: read short records, use a spreadsheet/text table, and distinguish a statement from an inference.

Prepare a neutral working chronology of what the supplied records say about the JX-18 delivery, quantity, condition and follow-up. Include inconvenient or conflicting accounts. Identify the source of each event and questions requiring instructions. Do not determine breach, liability, remedies, admissibility, privilege, filing obligations or statutory deadlines.

Baseline cut-off: the packet supplied on the fictional date 13 June 2026. Files D01–D10 are the entire starting set; D10 duplicates D05. Do not assume the existence or content of photos, contracts, witness statements, delivery confirmations or native messages not included. The later D11/D12 packet is supplied only for the changed-input task.

Stated matter-local offset: UTC+03:00. Preserve each source’s own offset; D07’s forwarding header is UTC. A document’s date is not necessarily its event date, creation timestamp or proof of dispatch/receipt. Do not infer a missing time zone or replace unknown dates with midnight.

Open the .eml files as plain text or use a mail application’s source view so the original Date header and offset remain visible. Do not rely on a mail application’s converted display time, and do not send or reply to these fictional messages. The source index uses the supplied raw headers.

Deliver: a source index; chronology; short open-questions handover; and, for later updates, a change log. A successful output can differ from the model’s wording or split/group a particular observation differently, provided dates, attribution, source links and material uncertainty remain correct.

Keep the synthetic files unchanged. Use working copies for extraction. The role name in a row is a suggested escalation responsibility, not an actual appointment or approval. If applying the method to a real matter, first obtain the relevant instructions and permissions from its authorised lawyer. This prototype does not grant those permissions.

The supplied evidence retains its original 0.1.0 source-edition labels and bytes. Guide version 0.1.1 packages that same evidence with revised instructions and tools. Start with the blank workbook, or use both templates/chronology-blank.csv and templates/change-log-blank.csv with the field guide.
