Scope and source control

The recipient, question, cut-off and authorised source set are stated.
Original files and earlier versions remain unchanged; every source has a stable ID.
Duplicate copies are indexed but are not counted as independent corroboration.
No missing photo, native email, signature or other evidence has been invented.

Dates and meaning

Event dates are separate from source dates, forwarding dates and filesystem times.
Offsets are explicit where supplied; conversions are checked; no missing offset is guessed.
Approximate ranges remain ranges. Unknown dates remain visible and unknown.
Source-based plans, intentions and milestones are distinct from reported completed events.
Reports, quotations and disputed records are attributed; no legal conclusion is smuggled into the wording.
Material contradictions and evidence against the preferred account remain visible.

Traceability and handover

Every material entry can be located in the supplied sources using its paragraph/header reference.
Quantity and condition observations are not substituted for unsupported delivery conclusions.
Specific open questions have a suggested responsible role; no actual approval is implied.
Sorting/import/export has not separated rows, removed offsets or changed dates; cleared filters leave all relevant entries visible.
Every UTC helper still matches its event time, or is cleared and explicitly awaiting a check.
Later evidence has a new source ID and a field-level change record, including revised references and qualifications; previous chronology snapshots and source files remain available.
A second reader can locate sample entries without assistance.

For the prototype, a completed checklist is not qualified practitioner sign-off. Real-matter preservation, privilege, disclosure, filing and authority questions must be resolved by the appropriate lawyer. Public release and client-use permissions remain pending.
